Our typical clients have anywhere between 1 and 500 email users however there is no upper limit on email addresses. eMailgard does have specific deployment methods available to enterprise clients.

How does pricing work?

eMailgard can be purchased both as a software licence + storage or a completely integrated solution. Licences are based on the number of email addresses that your company have each month. Doesn't Microsoft Exchange do this?

Not sufficiently enough to ensure the long term preservation and instant recover of all email content and attachments.

At Spheritec's Tier One Data Centre facilities.

 

How long does it take to revive them?

Once the selections are identified, literally seconds.


How big can the storage get?

eMailgard can incorporate any volume of data as there is no practical limitation with syneSTORE™ technology. Should you choose a solution that includes our Anti-SPAM & Anti-Virus package any emails that are identified by these processes do not count in your storage allocation.


Do you support Lotus Notes?

Additional software is required on the client network, to fully support this email client.


Is eMailgard a compliance solution?

Whilst eMailgard performs a number of the functions required under compliance regulations, it does warrant to be a compliance solution in isolation.


How many years back can I archive and revive?

As far back as the email which is stored on your existing mail server. We find most customers seek to archive the no longer 4 years unless there is a specific legislative requirement.


What needs to be done to get it going?

   1. Point your MX record to eMailgard

   2. If you use Microsoft Exchange install ExchangeSYNC™

   3. Inform and train staff.


Does it require much IT intervention?

IT departments love eMailgard. It frees staff from endless email search, ensures minimal interruption or ongoing impact on the client network and restores IT resources to higher value activities.
