eMailgard Pricing

Depending on the size of your business eMailgard can be setup in many ways however our pricing has

been designed to make it easier to understand. Plans have been setup to allow future growth of your

business. From small customers all the way through to Enterprise based businesses are catered for.

The plans below are based on the total number of mailboxes that are active in eMailgard. As the

Administrator of your own eMailgard account you know exactly how many mailboxes you have at any

given time. Plans will automatically adjust accordingly at time of billing.

·* General Conditions of Sale

* Mailboxes are charges monthly in arrears.

· * The "AVAS" services include SOPHOS Anti-virus & the latest anti-SPAM technology.

· * All messages collected by the AVAS system do not count in Mailbox size.

· * By default 1Gb is allocated by mailbox and shared across the entire message store. This allows for
larger mailboxes to utilise unused storage from smaller mailboxes.

· * Tax Invoices are sent at the beginning at each month.

· * Payments are made by credit card or direct debit only. These payments are made via Spheritec’s
secured payment gateway.
